Owner Miroslav Ivankovic, with his brother Baldo, chef that cooked for 28 years on ships in all harbors of the world,  prepares delicious meals of native cuisine.

Fish is always fresh, it comes from local fishermen's, as well as the crabs and seashells that comes from clear Adriatic sea.
Vegetables and fruits are from the island whose land is still free of heavy industry.
